The Piestrup Big Band is led by Dave LeFebvre and includes leading Bay Area musicians. The band consists of 5 trumpets, 5 trombones, 5 reeds and 4 rhythm. Historically the band performed opening performances at the Concord Jazz Festival, The Great American Music Hall and Bach Dynamite and Dancing Society.
